Very satisfied

My 100 year old dad feels this is an big improvement over the phone he had. The boost and sound control give him more control over his hearing. Family and friends are happy that dad can hear and we get the communication we need. Kathy was awesome helping us sort out the phone issues and all she did. Thanks so much!

this Panasonic amplified phone works very well for my 96 year old father who is almost totally deaf. We no long need to yell into the phone when talking with him.
It is very user friendly.
It was delivered in a very timely manner.
I will also get the additional handset when back in stock.

I find this phone to be excellent in every way except the T coil connection function where it does not compare with the hearing aid manufacturers supplied phone.
