The VEC TRX-20D telephone coupler connects Phonak Roger microphones to a desk phone, allowing hard of hearing users to stream telephone conversations directly to their hearing aids or cochlear implant via the Roger system.

The coupler plugs into the telephone handset jack and the Phonak Roger charging dock using the 3.5mm plug. The listener hears the call through their Roger receiver, while the caller hears them normally through the handset.
