from 131 reviewsWe tried the regular sizes and went through several sets.... they were too big and would tend to fall off and get damaged when they got tangled in the wheelchair..understandable that these things happen in a long term care facility.
I ordered the Child/Senior size, which I did not realize was offered; perfect fit for mom! Highly recommended.
Looks good so far but time will tell in a year from now if it will be consistency and whether if summer and winter will be the difference.
I am pleased with this alarm clock. For some reason I found it very difficult (let's say impossible) to purchase a similar product in Vancouver at a store. Deaf & Hear Alberta was extremely efficient in getting the clock to me quickly and well packed. As I am quite deaf I wouldn't mind a slightly louder buzzer but having the vibration as well helps a lot.
Good morning.
Sorry for any language errors, French being my first language.
Thank you for this fantastic device. I used it this Tuesday evening for 4 hours in the company of around a hundred people gathered by Zoom video conference.
The result was impressive and beyond my expectations. When I received it last Tuesday, a friend of mine who has the same hearing problem tried it and ordered one the next day.
My only suggestion, which I hope is constructive, concerns the mono in-ear earphone. The fact that one of the ears is free makes the amplifier less effective. So I bought a stereo earphone to solve this problem.
Thank you again for this product as well as the one I bought from you in September 2020: Krown phone strob flasher.
Thank you for these two excellent products,
Roger Bertrand
Krown Phone Strobe Light is an excellent solution for my mother whose hearing aid does not pick up the sound of the phone ringing while she is watching TV. We have tried other light phone alerts but found the light to be not bright enough and therefore not as noticeable. Thank you for providing such a good product- it’s GREAT!!
I would strongly recommend it.

It works well I can hear the alarm without being at the highest volume.
This was just the best for my mom who is very deaf. She was missing all her phone calls. People wanted to visit her but could not reach her. She cannot her us knock either so good thing we have a key. She is thrilled to be able to catch her phone calls now
This item is an excellent choice. I purchased it for my elderly hearing impaired mother who struggles to hear phone conversations. The sound is amplified so much that my mom had to turn the volume down. She loves it and we are now able to easily have phone conversations.
I purchased it through the deaf and Hear Alberta website which was very easy to use. The shipment arrived very quickly.
The rear headphones and the single has improved my hearing situation with the Pocketalker Ultra. I can now I'm concentrating on my other health concerns.

This small click with vibrator did wake me. However the alarm is not very loud . Compact and light. Easy to take travelling Price very high.
It’s great to be able to make it pocket talkers functional again.
Thankful we can buy these, sometimes they get damaged or lost- replacing them helps us keep our PocketTalkers working for our residents in LTC.
Bought this to replace the original Mic that came with the Willams Hearing Amplifier. I like the fact that this mic can be clipped on or be used as a hand held device to speak to our dad who has Dementia and, is extremely hard of hearing. Great device for his circumstances as he doesn't like to wear the Willams Sound Amplifer around his neck. Gives us the option to hold it for him and enable him to hear a conversation with the Amplifier hanging around his neck.
